Cody T. Karp, PE
Cody joined MWM Architects, Inc. in the spring of 2016 as a Structural E.I.T while concurrently working on obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from Texas Tech University, graduating in December of 2016. Cody continued his education and graduated with his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering in December of 2018. Cody is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and New Mexico where he works under the direction of Joel Robinett, P.E. providing Structural Engineering services for the firm’s projects.
Cody is currently an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI).
At MWM, Cody has worked on several projects including the Buddy Holly Hall for Performing Arts and Sciences, the Lubbock Tornado Memorial, multiple United/Albertsons Supermarkets across Texas and New Mexico, multiple K-12 Educational facilities, new additions for Lubbock Christian University and the Texas Tech University Museum, Industrial facilities, and the Margaret Talkington School for Young Women Leaders Auditorium Addition currently under construction.
When Cody is not in the office, he enjoys activities such as drawing, reading, golfing, being outdoors and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
